Each year, the Jeep Club Latvia members go somewhere for expedition. In 2009 six Jeep enthusiasts crews (4 Jeep Wrangler, 1 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 1 Jeep Commander), in all a 14 person team, went for the second time on a 14-day expedition "Polar Day '09" on Murmansk. This was a truly unique expedition in the Jeep Club's history, proving the reliability of the Jeeps that traveled about 5,000 km in 350 km in increasingly difficult runs.
