The invitation to the Greek Members of Hellas Jeep Club to the summer meeting was as follows:

“We call all the friends of Hellas jeep club in the event, SAND AND BEACH PARTY, which will take place on Wednesday 9-6-10 in EPANOMI. The meeting for is at 18:30 behind parking space of Carrefour Hypermarket. For those who can not make on time please  use your GPS at  LAT N 40 22?35' - LON E 22 53' 27", (40.376389 22.890833). The program includes driving in the sand, technical driving in sand dunes, and barbeque. GET YOUR GEAR AND COME!”

Forty Jeepers responded to show their ability to drive in the sand, in a very nice place called Epanomi “the shipwreck”.

All members with different Jeeps arrive the meeting point on time and the convoy to the Beach started. In half an hour, we reach the beach and the game began. XJ’s going at full throttle, Tj with 35’s demonstrate their abilities  ,an JK rubicon just lock all diffs and start walking on sand, and as for the WH ... they demonstrate their power ...

As the game continued, some members were preparing the fire for the barbeque. So when all jeepers get hungry the meat (souvlaki) was ready .Of course everything near the beach.
All members are renew their appointment for October when our national meeting will take place at IOANNINA-KONITSA.
