March 21st: snow, rain, wind ... weather which we did expected. Exactly on this date Jeep Club Latvia officially opens Picnic season. Picnic was attended by 30 teams out of which timed laps were made by 24 of them. We run a number of runs in 2 categories:

• Speed Laps
• Mud Circle

SPEED LAPS: We drive a number of laps for speed. Each speed lap has a length of 500m. The snow melts, turning the underlying frozen soil gradually into mud. As an additional bonus we experience rainshowers. This is a real dream for a Jeep Fan!

MUD CIRCLE: Each team has to take 2 attempts, 2 laps each - about 1 km every time. Fastest lap ever for this ground, set by Jeep Club Latvia was 1m 46.38s set by Grand Cherokee WJ.

There were a lot of spectators despite continuous rain for the whole day. Emotions of the event can be seen on photos. Enjoy!
