It is often mentioned that “Only in a Jeep” also implies “Only with the Jeep Club”. The historic “Cow Shed” at the Sammy Marks Museum was transformed into a conference centre and the AGM was on its way. We started the day by off-loading whatever needed at the “cow shed” and then departed on a very entertaining guided tour, led by Thabo Helepi, through the Sammy Marks Museum. This is the only Victorian house in South Africa with 90% of the original furniture, linen, crockery, photos and the rest, on display. Some of us even had an encounter with the Scottish ghost and we promised - we will be back.
